2.1. Contact, Request a Quote and Request a Free Audit

When you send us a message through the forms on the Website (e.g. contact, status check), you are providing personal information.

• Data processed: Name, email address, website URL, phone number, and other information provided in the message/form (e.g. website status).
• Purpose of processing: Contacting you, providing you with a quote, carrying out the free condition assessment/audit and sending you the results, answering any questions you may have.
• Legal basis for processing: Voluntary consent of the Data Subject [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR] or pre-contractual steps [Article 6(1)(b) GDPR].
• Duration of data processing: Up to the expiry of the limitation period for the request for a contract or, in the absence of a contract, up to 1 year from the last contact or until the consent is withdrawn.

2.2. Contracting and invoicing

If you order our website development or maintenance services, data essential for the performance of the contract and for accounting obligations will be processed.

• Data processed: Name/Company name, billing address, tax number, contact name and contact details.
• Purpose of processing: Provision of services, invoicing, accounting obligations.
• Legal basis for processing: Fulfilling a legal obligation [Article 6(1)(c) GDPR] under the Accounting Act.
• Duration of data processing: According to the Accounting Act, 8 years.

2.3. Newsletter and Marketing Automation (Fluent CRM)

Our website uses the Fluent CRM system to follow up on enquiries and send you professional material.

• Data processed: Name, e-mail address, interests (e.g. tags/tags received).
• Purpose of processing: Sending marketing emails, offers, educational material.
• Legal basis for processing: Voluntary consent [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR].
• Duration of data processing: Until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe). You will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all our newsletters.

3. Cookies and Web Analytics

The Website uses cookies to improve the functionality, analytics and user experience. These are small text files that are stored by the browser.

• Cookies are a must: They are necessary for the basic operation of the website, and you do not need to give your consent to their setting.
• Analytical cookies: (e.g. Google Analytics) These are used to collect anonymised statistics about visitor behaviour (e.g. which subpages are viewed by which people).

You can control and delete the handling of cookies in the bar that appears when you access the website or in your browser settings.

4. Data processors (Who has access to the data?)

In order to provide a high level of services, the Data Controller uses the following partners (data processors), who may process the data solely on the basis of the instructions of the Data Controller:

• Accounting: [Enter the name/company name of the accountant here, if there is one] - Purpose: To keep accounts, to manage tax affairs.
• Billing program: [e.g. KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu) / Billingo] - Purpose: Issuing electronic invoices.
• Marketing/Analytics systems: Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics).

Data will only be transferred to third countries (outside the EU) if there are appropriate data protection safeguards (e.g. General Terms and Conditions, Data Privacy Framework).

5. Your Rights (Affected Rights)

You have the following rights in relation to data processing:

• Right to information and access: You can ask to be informed of what personal data we process and for what purposes, and receive a copy of it.
• Right to rectification: You can request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You may request the erasure of your data if the purpose of the processing ceases to exist or you withdraw your consent (unless the processing is required by law, e.g. for invoices).
• Right to restriction of processing: You can ask us to store your data only and not to do anything else with it (for example, in the event of a dispute).
• Right to data portability: You may request that the data we have about you is provided to you or to another data controller in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object: You may object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
